The Make a Dent Foundation was founded 13 years ago by Richard Dent. Dedicated in memory of his mother, Mary Francis Dent, Richard’s goal has consistently been to improve the lives of children.

The Foundation has teamed-up with great causes and donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to worthwhile organizations, including the Illinois Literacy Foundation, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, America’s Promise and most recently, Columbia College, Chicago.

Richard believes that every child has the right to a good education. He has teamed up with Columbia College to provide tuition dollars to as many deserving students as possible.
